KBK Capital, a trade name operated by KBC C GROUP LLC, provides capital advisory and business funding services backed by U.S. banking institutions, reviewing applications, matching businesses with appropriate programs, and facilitating introductions to lending partners. We do not guarantee approval of any application.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Operate a legally registered business entity
• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law

4. Application & no obligation

Submitting an application creates no contractual obligation on either party. KBK Capital reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee financing or any specific terms.

5. Accuracy of information

You represent and warrant that all information submitted is accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false information may result in immediate rejection and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

6. Text messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from us, that consent is governed separately by our SMS Terms, which cover message frequency, opt-out and help instructions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos and design) is the property of KBC C GROUP LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.
